A.
It is unlawful for any person to discharge any gun, pistol, rifle, shotgun or other firearm firing any type of solid shot or bullet, not including shotgun shells, within the corporate limits of the Village.
B.
It is unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm discharging a shotgun shell within 500 yards of any building or structure within the Village.
C.
It is unlawful for anyone to discharge a shotgun within the corporate limits of the Village on land owned by another without the written permission of the landowner.
D.
The provisions of this section do not apply to any sworn law enforcement officer in the performance of the officer's duties.
