Pursuant to § 43.54, Wis. Stats., there is hereby
created a Library Board for the Village of Reeseville.

Such Library Board shall consist of seven members, to be appointed
as follows:
A.
One member shall be the Superintendent of the Dodgeland School District,
or his or her representative from the staff of the Dodgeland School
District.
B.
Six members shall be appointed by the President of the Village Board
of the Village of Reeseville; such members shall be residents of the
Village of Reeseville.
An annual appropriation of funds to the Reeseville Public Library
shall be provided to the library fund, to be used exclusively to maintain
the library.
The Library Board shall be responsible for making reports of
financial conditions, operations and all incomes and disbursements
to the Village Board. It shall also be responsible for budgeting in
accordance with state statutes and municipal regulations.
