§ 5-13 Submission of ordinances, resolutions and contracts to Solicitor.

All proposed ordinances, resolutions and contracts shall be submitted to the City Solicitor for approval as to form, substance and compliance with the Charter, Administrative Code and other relevant statutes, prior to the legislation being placed on Council agenda for introduction.
