[Adopted as Article 139 of the 1962 Codified Ordinances]

§ 5-48 Establishment; appointment of Director.

There shall be a Department of Parks and Recreation. A Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council.[1]
