The purpose of this article is to enable the City to gain compliance
with codes.
Any landlord must provide to the City a list of the business
that works out of said rental property to the Department of Finance.

Provisions, Art. I)]
Any landlord or property owner who violates the provisions of
this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or
imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each and every
offense.
