A. 
There is no parking in spaces designated for Township vehicles and Township employees except for Township vehicles and vehicles being used by Township employees.
B. 
Parking is permitted in all other spaces for persons using the public library during the regular business hours of the library.
C. 
For all other persons, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., visitor parking at the Township Municipal Building shall be limited to a two-hour period and shall only be permitted in front of the Township Municipal Building, library, creative playground and dog park. All other areas shall be deemed a driveway unless otherwise marked, and there shall be no parking in such areas.
Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, any person or entity convicted of a violation of this article shall be punished, for a first conviction thereof, by a fine of not more than $100. For a second such conviction, such person or entity shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200. Upon the third or any subsequent conviction, such person or entity shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.
