This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication
of notice after final adoption, as provided in law.
This Ordinance, however, is a substantial reenactment of the
Land Development Ordinance of the Borough of Manville, as amended,
and the Planning Board heretofore appointed and serving shall remain
as constituted at the time of adoption of this Ordinance, until the
terms of the respective members shall expire.
Where construction has begun pursuant to the provisions of the
Ordinance repealed hereby, such construction may continue pursuant
to such prior approval and pursuant to the terms of the Ordinance
in effect at the time of adoption of this Ordinance.
