Any vehicle parked in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance and menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any peace officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall bear the costs for the removal and storage of the vehicle in accordance with the towing ordinance in Chapter
217 of the Mullica Township Code.
Unless New Jersey statute expressly provides another penalty,
every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter
or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more
than $100 for the first offense and not more than $200 for any second
or subsequent offense.
