No person shall trespass or enter for any purposes upon the lands of the Village of Camden known as the "Water Preserve" consisting of approximately 400 acres of land situated on and near the Camden-East Florence Road in the Town of Camden about 1 1/2 miles northerly from the Village of Camden, and bounded as follows: Northerly by Florence Town line and lands of Kernan, easterly by lands of Daniel Comins and Theodore Mellon, southerly by lands of Maynard Vrooman and Anthony Hoffert and westerly by lands of Timmerman, and Lawrence Alvord; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall prevent the officers, agents and employees of said Village and persons having express permission from the officers or agents of said Village from entering upon said premises.

No person shall injure, deface or remove any "no trespass" signs or notices placed or maintained by said Village on said premises.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for not to exceed 15 days, or both such fine or imprisonment.
