The Borough of Milltown, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey,
shall be divided into eight election districts, with boundaries as
hereinafter specified to be known, respectively as the First, Second,
Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Districts of the Borough
of Milltown, County of Middlesex.

The First Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the intersection of the center line of North
Main Street and the line dividing the Borough of Milltown from the
Township of North Brunswick and from said beginning point running
thence northeasterly along the line dividing the Borough of Milltown
and the Township of North Brunswick, said line being also the most
southerly line of Elkins Lane, to a point; thence southeasterly along
the line dividing the Borough of Milltown from the Township of North
Brunswick to a point being the intersection of the prolongation northeasterly
of the center line of Booream Avenue and the aforesaid dividing line;
thence southwesterly from the end of the last-mentioned course, along
the center line of Booream Avenue to the center line of North Main
Street; thence northerly along the center line of North Main Street
to the place of beginning.

The Second Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the intersection of the center line of North
Main Street and the line dividing the Borough of Milltown from the
Township of North Brunswick; and from said beginning running thence
southwesterly along the line dividing the Borough of Milltown from
the Township of North Brunswick to a point in the center line of Sucker
Brook, said point also being in the aforesaid dividing line; thence
southerly along the center line of Sucker Brook to the intersection
of the center line of Sucker Brook and Lawrence Brook; thence southeasterly
along the center line of Riva Avenue; thence northeasterly along the
center line of Riva Avenue to the intersection of the center line
of Lafayette Avenue and the center line of Riva Avenue; thence southeasterly
along the center line of Lafayette Avenue to the intersection of the
center line of Broad Street and the center line of Lafayette Avenue;
thence northeasterly along the center line of Broad Street to the
intersection of the center line of Clay Street and the center line
of Broad Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Clay
Street to the intersection of the center line of Richter Avenue and
the center line of Clay Street; thence northeasterly along the center
line of Richter Avenue to the intersection of the center line of North
Main Street and the center line of Richter Avenue; thence northerly
along the center line of North Main Street to the place of beginning.

The Third Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the center line of the bridge crossing over
the Mill Pond at Main Street; thence northeasterly along the center
line of the Mill Pond to the intersection of the dividing lines of
the Borough of Milltown, the Township of East Brunswick and the Township
of North Brunswick; thence westerly along the line dividing the Borough
of Milltown and the Township of North Brunswick to a point being the
intersection of the prolongation northeasterly of the center line
of Booream Avenue and the dividing line between the Borough of Milltown
and the Township of North Brunswick; thence southwesterly from the
end of the last-mentioned course and along the center line of Booream
Avenue to the center line of North Main Street; thence southeasterly
along the center line of North Main Street to the place of beginning.

The Fourth Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the center of the bridge crossing over the Mill
Pond at Main Street; and from said beginning point running thence
southwesterly along the center line of the Mill Pond to the intersection
of Lawrence Brook, Bog Brook and the Mill Pond, said intersection
being also on the dividing line between the Borough of Milltown and
the Township of East Brunswick; thence northwesterly along the center
line of Lawrence Brook and the aforesaid dividing line to the center
line of Riva Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center line of
Riva Avenue to the intersection of the center line of Lafayette Avenue
and the center line of Riva Avenue; thence southeasterly along the
center line of Lafayette Avenue to the intersection of the center
line of Broad Street and the center line of Lafayette Avenue; thence
northeasterly along the center line of Broad Street to the intersection
of the center line of Clay Street and the center line of Broad Street;
thence northwesterly along the center line of Clay Street to the intersection
of the center line of Richter Avenue and the center line of Clay Street;
thence northeasterly along the center line of Richter Avenue to the
intersection of the center line of North Main Street and the center
line of Richter Avenue; thence southeasterly along the center line
of North Main Street to the place of beginning.

The Fifth Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the intersection of the center line of South
Main Street and the center line of the Mill Pond; and from said beginning
point running thence northeasterly along the center line of the Mill
Pond to the north of the Saw Mill Brook; thence southeasterly along
the center line of the Saw Mill Brook to the center line of Ryders
Lane, said center line being the dividing line between the Borough
of Milltown and the Township of East Brunswick; thence southerly along
the center line of Ryders Lane to the center line of the Raritan River
Railroad Right-of-Way; thence northwesterly along the center line
of the Raritan River Railroad Right-of-Way to the center line of Washington
Avenue; thence southwesterly along the center line of South Main Street;
thence northwesterly along the center line of South Main Street to
its intersection of the center line of the Mill Pond, the place of
beginning.

The Sixth Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the intersection of the center line of South
Main Street and the center line of the Mill Pond; and from said beginning
point running thence southwesterly along the center line of the Mill
Pond to Bog Brook, the dividing line between the Township of East
Brunswick and the Borough of Milltown; thence southeasterly along
the center line of Bog Brook, also being the dividing line between
the Borough of Milltown and the Township of East Brunswick, to the
center line of Kuhlthau Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center
line of Kuhlthau Avenue to the center line of Albert Avenue; thence
southeasterly along the center line of Albert Avenue to the center
line of Lincoln Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center line
of Lincoln Avenue to the center line of South Main Street; thence
northwesterly along the center line of South Main Street to its intersection
with the center line of Mill Pond, the place of beginning.

The Seventh Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the intersection of the southerly boundary line
between the Borough of Milltown and the Township of East Brunswick
at its intersection with the center line of South Main Street; and
from said beginning point running thence northerly along the center
line of South Main Street to the center line of Washington Avenue;
thence northeasterly along the center line of Washington Avenue to
the center line of the Raritan River Railroad Right-of-Way; thence
southeasterly along the center line of the Raritan River Railroad
Right-of-Way to the center line of Ryders Lane, the dividing line
between the Borough of Milltown and the Township of East Brunswick;
thence southerly along the center line of Ryders Lane to the southerly
boundary line between the Borough of Milltown and the Township of
East Brunswick to its intersection with the center line of South Main
Street, the place of beginning.

The Eighth Election District, which shall include all the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained, is bounded and described as
follows: beginning at the intersection of the southerly boundary line
dividing the Borough of Milltown with the Township of East Brunswick
and the center line of South Main Street, and from said beginning
point running thence southwesterly along the southerly boundary line
between the Borough of Milltown and the Township of East Brunswick
to the westerly boundary line between the Borough of Milltown and
the Township of East Brunswick; thence northerly along the westerly
boundary line between the Borough of Milltown and the Township of
East Brunswick, and along the center line of Bog Brook to the center
line of Kuhlthau Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center line
of Kuhlthau Avenue to the center line of Albert Avenue; thence southeasterly
along the center line of Albert Avenue to the center line of Lincoln
Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center line of Lincoln Avenue
to the center line of South Main Street; thence southeasterly along
the center line of South Main Street to its intersection with the
most southerly boundary line between the Borough of Milltown and the
Township of East Brunswick, the place of beginning.

A copy of this chapter shall be placed and kept on file in the
office of the Clerk of Middlesex County and a duplicate thereof in
the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Milltown.
