[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Amery 10-6-2004 as Title 15, Ch. 3, of the
2004 Code; amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see
Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II). Subsequent amendments noted where
applicable.]
The City Council of the City of Amery hereby adopts § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto. The
officials and employees of the City of Amery shall assist in the orderly
prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the
City of Amery by implementing the authority and enforcement procedures
set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats. The City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer
shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed under § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., and shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof
in the City of Amery to file a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin
Department of Workforce Development for enforcement of § 106.50,
Wis. Stats.
