A.
Whenever Village equipment will be entering private lands, a release
for entrance to private lands must be completed by both the landowner
and Village representative. This form shall outline the work to be
done or purpose for entering and the location.
B.
This form will be used whenever the Village is to deliver dirt or
spoil, at the request of the homeowner, to fill in pools, holes or
low areas in the homeowner's yard. No grading will be done by the
Village. No graded topsoil will be delivered. All dirt or spoil will
be as-is.
