Except as provided in §
340-25, the following uses are permitted in industrial districts:
C. Photographic and camera manufacturing.
D. Photographic supplies manufacturing.
E. Electrical supplies manufacturing.
F. Surgical instrument manufacturing.
G. Temperature-recording instrument manufacturing.
H. Lock and hardware manufacturing.
I. Radio and television equipment manufacturing.
J. Business and office equipment manufacturing.
K. Dairy equipment manufacturing.
N. Plumbing equipment and supplies; machine work.
O. Glass- and metalware manufacturing.
P. Paper and paper products manufacturing.
Q. Furniture manufacturing; woodworking shops.
R. Any other industrial use not prohibited by §
340-25 may be permitted upon the granting of a special permit therefor by the Zoning Board of Appeals, after a public hearing on notice as hereinafter provided, in accordance with the safeguards and standards set forth in Article
IX of this chapter.
S. Any use permitted in a commercial district subject to all the conditions
applicable to such uses in commercial districts.
T. Printing, lithographing and engraving.
U. Adult uses. (Refer to Article
VIII, Adult Uses, this chapter.)
V. Retail
cannabis dispensaries and consumption facilities/sites, subject to
valid permits issued by New York State Office of Cannabis Management.

The following uses are prohibited in industrial districts:
A. Residential dwellings and residential uses.
B. All uses of land, buildings and structures that may be noxious, offensive
or injurious by reason of production or emission of dust, smoke, refuse
matter, odor, gas fumes, noise, vibration or similar substances or
conditions.
C. Warehouses or storage facilities which are used to store goods and
merchandise which are not manufactured, sold or consumed on the premises.
D. Self-service storage facilities.
E. All uses prohibited in commercial districts by §
340-20 are prohibited in industrial districts except used car lots.
No building shall exceed 35 feet in height.
The yards required in industrial districts shall be the same as are provided in §
340-22C for commercial districts.
