The City Clerk of the City of Newark is hereby authorized, pursuant
to the N.J.S. 5:8-31 and 5:8-58, to issue licenses for the holding,
operating, and conducting on Sunday of such games of chance as are
authorized by the "Bingo Licensing Law" and the "Raffles Licensing
Law," pursuant to the N.J.S. 5:8-24 and 5:8-50.
