Pursuant to the provisions of W.S.A., § 6.28, it is
hereby authorized and required that electors in the Village are registered
for all elections in the Village.

All election polls in the Village shall be opened at 7:00 a.m.
and close at 8:00 p.m. for all elections, primaries and referendums.
