No passing zones shall be marked with an unbroken yellow line
on the pavement indicating the beginning and end of such zones on
those streets, as set forth in the most current Village Board traffic
resolution, within the jurisdiction of the Village, in accordance
with the standards and procedures adopted by the state department
of transportation.

When no passing zone markers or signs giving notice thereof
are erected or placed on the pavement, as provided in this division,
no person shall operate a vehicle so as to overtake or pass another
vehicle or drive to the left of the center of the roadway in designated
no passing zones.
