(a) 
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle on any public highway of the Village for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 through March 31.
(b) 
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle along the northbound lanes of STH 83 (Rochester Street) from Front Street north to Elmwood Avenue/Franklin Street and from a distance of 245 feet north of the intersection of STH 83 and Pearl Avenue to CTH NN between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on any day except Saturdays and Sundays.
(c) 
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle along the southbound lanes of STH 83 (Rochester Street) from Front Street north to Lake Street and from a distance of 190 feet north of the intersection of STH 83 and CTH LO to Highway NN during the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on any day except Saturdays and Sundays.
(d) 
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle along the eastbound lane of Minor's Drive from the cul-de-sac east to Fritz Way between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. from August 1 through November 1.
(e) 
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle on either side of Roberts Drive between MacArthur Drive and Parkview Lane during Maxwell Street Days weekends between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and during the Lions Club Summerfest event.
(f) 
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle on the odd side of the street during the June and August Maxwell Street Days weekend events or the even side of the street during the July and September Maxwell Street Days weekend events, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This section shall only apply to the following streets:
(1) 
MacArthur Drive, Meadowview Lane, Elwin Drive, Kims Lane, Robins Lane, and Parkview Lane. This subsection shall not apply to Roberts Drive as outlined in Subsection (e).
(2) 
Lincoln Avenue from STH 83/North Rochester Street east to Division Street.
(g) 
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle on the following sections of E. Wolf Run between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. all year round:
(1) 
On the south side of E. Wolf Run from a distance of 60 feet west of the cul-de-sac extending to the west for 850 feet.
(2) 
On the north side of E. Wolf Run from a distance of 60 feet west of the cul-de-sac extending to the west for 850 feet with allowances for no parking at driveway entrances and an unloading zone. The unloading zone is located on the west side of the main entrance on the north side of the street for 100 feet.
(3) 
The cul-de-sac will remain no parking at all times.

Except temporarily for the purpose of, and while actually engaged in loading or unloading, or in receiving or discharging passengers or property and while the vehicle is attended by a licensed operator so that it may be moved promptly in case of an emergency or to avoid obstruction of traffic, no person shall at any time park or leave standing any vehicle, upon any of the highways or parts of highways as set forth in the most current Village Board traffic resolution.

(a) 
No vehicles, except automobiles, shall park in the following areas:
(1) 
The east side of North Rochester Street from the intersection with CTH ES northerly to the intersection with Franklin Street.
(2) 
On the west side of North Rochester Street from intersection with CTH ES northerly to the north side of the southern entrance/exit to 201 North Rochester Street (Village Mini Mart).

No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle in any area designated as a "fire lane" or "access roadway for fire apparatus" as that term is defined in § 38-70 of this Code. The penalty for violating this section shall be a forfeiture as set forth in the most current Village Board bail bond resolution.

(a) 
Parking of trailers detached from motor vehicles is prohibited on all Village streets and public parking areas. A trailer is defined as a unit which is not self-propelled unless such vehicle is properly hitched or attached to a motor vehicle pursuant to W.S.A., § 347.47.
(b) 
This § 82-195 shall not apply to temporary parking of trailers for the purpose of, and while actually engaged in, the loading or unloading of passengers or cargo, provided that the vehicle is attended so that it can be moved in case of emergency or to avoid obstruction of traffic.
(c) 
This § 82-195 shall not apply to construction or demolition trailers being used for construction or demolition work in the general area. Such trailers are prohibited from being left unattended in excess of 24 hours. Permission for such parking must be granted by the police department. Said trailers shall not exceed eight feet six inches in width and same shall require thirty-six-inch reflective cones posted at each street side trailer corner by day and flashing amber beacons by night.
(d) 
This § 82-195 shall not apply to trailers owned or used by units of government.
