The Director of Water and Sewer Utilities shall be appointed
by the Village Administrator and confirmed by a majority vote of the
Village Board solely on the basis of merit, training, experience,
administrative ability, efficiency and general qualifications and
fitness for performing the duties of the position.

The Director of Water and Sewer Utilities shall hold office
for an indefinite term subject to removal by a majority vote of the
Village Board.

The Director of Water and Sewer Utilities shall have such duties
and powers as set forth in the position description adopted by the
Village on July 20, 2010 or any subsequent revisions.
