[Code 1966, § 2.09(1)]
(a)
The Village plan commission shall consist of seven members and two ex officio members as follows:
(1)
The Village President, who shall be its presiding officer;
(2)
The Village Building Inspector;
(3)
Two Trustees;
(4)
Three citizen members with recognized experience and qualifications; and
(5)
Ex officio members, as follows:
a.
The Village Clerk who shall serve as secretary; and
b.
The Village Attorney who shall serve as an advisor.

(a)
Trustee members. Trustee members of the commission shall be the chairman of the public works committee and health and recreation committee.
(b)
Citizen members. Three citizen members shall be appointed by the Village President by the first regular meeting in April of the Village Board. One member shall be appointed each year for a term of three years.
