It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle other than
a passenger vehicle, motorcycle, or other vehicle intended primarily
for the transportation of passengers on any of the following roads,
provided nothing in this section shall prohibit a person from driving
an emergency vehicle on any of those roads or parts of roads, or from
driving on any of those roads or parts of roads a truck or other commercial
vehicle making deliveries to or pickups from premises located along
that road or part of a road:
The Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township shall cause official traffic signs to be erected along the roads identified in § 425-11A of this article in such locations and of such type, size and number as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, or as otherwise deemed necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the traveling public.
The following intersections are established as stop intersections,
and official stop signs shall be erected in such a position as to
face traffic approaching the stop street in the direction or directions
indicated for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching
the intersection on the stop street, in the directions indicated in
each case, shall stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(b) of
the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code,[1] and shall not proceed into or across the intersecting
or through street until they have followed all applicable requirements
of that section of the law:
