No person shall fire fireworks or other powder contraptions within the limits of the City with the exception of the 4th of July from daylight to 10:00 P.M. The sale of fireworks or other powder contraptions shall be unlawful in the City limits.

A. 
The use of tobacco products, alternative nicotine products or vapor products in any building or property owned by the City of Dixon is hereby expressly prohibited except in such areas as may from time to time be designated for smoking purposes by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to post signs throughout the City properties except in the area or areas designated for tobacco use purposes by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
B. 
Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall be cited for such ordinance violation and subject to a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each such violation.
