Town of Mamakating, NY Chapter 16 Employee Benefit Accrued Liability Reserve Fund

§ 16-1 Establishment of employee benefit accrued liability reserve fund.

Pursuant to state General Municipal Law § 6-p, an employment benefit accrued liability reserve fund is hereby established. The fund shall be administered in accordance with § 6-p of the General Municipal Law.
