§ 105-44 Compliance with county requirements.

The construction of sidewalks, roads and street improvements, including the opening and grading of streets in the City, shall be done in accordance with the requirements for roads and street improvements under Subtitle 23, Roads and Sidewalks, of the Prince George's County Code, 1979 Edition, as it may from time to time be amended, unless otherwise provided by the provisions of this chapter or other ordinances of the City.
