A person who is a Town officer or a member of a board, committee
or commission shall turn over to his successor in office all books,
papers, documents, and other property in his custody that belong to
the Town.
An officer, board, committee or commission shall turn over to
the Town Clerk any book, paper or document that belongs to the Town
and that is not necessary for current use by the officer, board, committee
or commission.
