Within the AHR-2 Zone, any loft, mezzanine, or attic space,
which is under a pitched roof or dormer, shall be deemed a half-story
for the purposes of establishing the building height in stories. Podium
parking shall not be counted as a story for the purposes of establishing

counted as a story for the purposes of establishing the building height
in stories.
