Setbacks. Setbacks for each zoning district are shown on the Front Yard Setback Zoning Map in Appendix B.[1]
A.
Principal structure.
1)
Front. Refer to the Front Yard Setback Zoning Map. If the lot frontage of a proposed structure or group of structures will comprise a contiguous length 50% or more of the entire length of a block, then the front setback may be reduced to zero feet, provided that all proposed structures have setbacks within one foot of each other.
2)
Side: three feet.
3)
Rear: zero feet.
B.
Accessory structures and uses.
1)
Sheds and decks shall be permitted in the rear yard only and shall be set back five feet from the rear lot line and three feet from the side lot line.
2)
Fences are permitted in the front, side, and rear yards and may be set back zero feet from all lot lines.
3)
Pools shall be permitted in the side and rear yards only and shall be set back 10 feet from all lot lines.
4)
Garages shall be permitted in the side yard and rear yard only and shall meet the principal structure setbacks.
5)
Each residential unit shall be provided off-street parking for one vehicle, either in a garage, driveway, or paved parking area.
6)
All driveways shall be constructed of asphalt, concrete, or masonry pavers and shall be a maximum of 10 feet in width at any point along the driveway.
