A. 
Individual mobile homes. Individual mobile homes may be erected, provided that compliance is made with Chapter 550, Zoning, this chapter and all other applicable regulations.
B. 
Mobile home parks. The provisions of this article shall be followed in the development or alteration of all mobile home parks. These regulations are in addition to those set both in Chapter 550, Zoning, and other applicable regulations of this chapter. Compliance with all other regulations of both this chapter and Chapter 550, Zoning, is required.
A. 
Conditional use. All applications for mobile home parks shall follow the procedure established in Chapter 550, Zoning. No subdivision or land development approval for the construction of a mobile home park shall be granted until Council has given conditional use approval pursuant to the requirements in Chapter 550, Zoning.
B. 
Subdivision and land development. All mobile home parks shall follow the application and plan requirements contained this chapter.
A. 
No mobile home, parking, loading or service area or service use shall be located less than 50 feet from a street ultimate right-of-way or other property line.
B. 
No part of any mobile home park shall be used for nonresidential purposes except such uses that are required for direct servicing, management or maintenance of the park and its residents. A maximum of 10% of the total lot area may be used for a service activities. All services structures of buildings shall comply with the buffering and setback requirements for the park as a whole.
C. 
Buffers.
(1) 
Mobile home parks shall have a planted buffer of 10 feet in width along all side and rear of property lines. The buffer shall meet the planting requirements of § 550-20 of Chapter 550, Zoning.
(2) 
There shall be a minimum distance of 30 feet between an individual mobile home, including accessory structures associated therewith, and other mobile homes, adjoining pavement of a mobile home park street, or common parking area or other common areas or structures.
A. 
No mobile home shall be erected on a mobile home lot except on a mobile home pad. Each mobile home shall have its own pad. Each mobile home shall be placed on a concrete slab of at least the same length and width as the mobile home, with a minimum thickness of six inches, and shall have installed in it a minimum of six tie down rings to which the mobile home shall be secured. Pads shall be on footings at least one foot below the frost line.
B. 
All mobile homes within a mobile home park shall have the space between the floor of the mobile home and the mobile home stand completely enclosed. Such enclosure may be provided by a permanent masonry foundation or a by temporary materials or skirting. Skirting shall be compatible in design with the mobile home to which is attached and shall provide ventilation to inhibit decay and deterioration of the structure. Skirting shall be constructed of materials designed and commonly used for exterior building surfaces and at least of such rigidity and strength as the exterior surface of the mobile home itself.
