As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
An individual who is age 18 or older.
An applicant's age as of the start date of the program being applied to.
A nonprofit organization holding a tax-exempt status under the Federal Internal Revenue Code of 1954, i.e., 26 U.S.C. § 501(c) or (d).
A for-profit business entity with a physical location in Marlboro Township applying to use a facility as part of or as an extension of its business.
A for-profit business entity with a physical location outside of Marlboro Township proposing to use a facility as part of or as an extension of its business.
An individual, couple, or family residing outside of Marlboro Township.
Any recreational, athletic, or competitive activity involving a group of participants that is scheduled, coordinated, or otherwise structured in advance, including but not limited to games, practices, tournaments, leagues, instructional programs, or private training sessions.
A park, pool, playground, field, building, open space or other area in the Township which is owned, used or maintained by the Township and is devoted to active or passive recreation.
Any event which is conducted, sponsored or permitted by an individual, family or an organized group of persons, where admissions are not opened to the general public.
An individual, couple or family demonstrating acceptable proof of Marlboro Township residency, the form of which may include: a New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles-issued license or identification, bank statement, residential lease, utility (gas, electric, water, oil), cable, telephone, internet service or telephone bill.
A group or organization comprised of at least 75% Marlboro residents using the facility as part of a league or single use for its members or employees. All other groups under 75% will be classified as nonresident leagues.
An individual who is age 60 or older.
