ARTICLE XI Board of Local Improvements

§ 2-121 Established; Powers and Duties Generally.

There is hereby established a board of local improvements within and for the Village whose duties and rights shall be such as are provided in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/9-2-1 to 5/9-2-58.

§ 2-122 Composition.

The board of local improvements shall consist of the President, who shall be ex officio President of the board, and the entire membership of the Board of Trustees.

§ 2-123 Village Clerk to Be Ex Officio Secretary.

The Village Clerk shall be ex officio secretary of the board, shall attend all meetings thereof, and shall keep the records of the board.

§ 2-124 Meetings.

The board of local improvements shall meet within the time prescribed by the local improvement act, which time is either expressly or impliedly set.
