This article shall be known as and may be cited as the "Ordinance Setting Fees for Off-Premises Catering."

The licensing authority for the issuance of off-premises catering licenses shall be the Town Clerk.

This off-premises catering license authorizes a Class A restaurant, hotel or club licensed to sell spirits, wine and malt liquor to conduct off-premises catering of spirits, wine and malt liquor at planned events or gatherings to be held at locations other than the licensee's premises.
The term of an off-premises catering license shall be one calendar day.
The fee shall be set by the Town Council.
