All vehicles weighing 10,000 or more pounds inclusive of cargo,
freight and passengers, shall be prohibited from using and from parking
on any Village street for transit or parking purposes, other than
East Main Street, West Main Street, Rochester Street and Lake Avenue.
This exclusion includes but is not limited to trucks, commercial vehicles,
tractors, and tractor-trailer combinations.
Weight restriction signage shall be placed in suitable locations
on each such restricted Village street so as to give notice to drivers.
The weight exclusion applicable to all Village streets shall
not be construed to prevent or prohibit the local delivery or pickup
of merchandise or other property along the highway from which such
vehicles have been excluded.
