Public meetings of the Village of Lima Board of Trustees shall
be held and conducted in compliance with all state and local laws
and regulations, as well as any internal procedures adopted by the
Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees shall adopt policies and procedures governing
its public meetings and shall update and amend the same from time
to time and as needed. Such policies and procedures shall be available
to the public and shall comply with all state and local laws and regulations.
Pursuant to the New York Public Officers Law § 103-a,
the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the use of videoconferencing
for all public meetings of the Village of Board of Trustees. The Board
of Trustees shall update and amend the policies and procedures governing
public meetings to address the videoconference option. All other Village
boards, committees, or subcommittees may adopt the use of videoconference
for its meetings at its discretion and subject to a resolution of
that board, committee, or subcommittee.
