Article I Records Retention

[Adopted 11-16-1995 by Ord. No. 95-18 as Ch. 59, Art. I, of the 1995 Code]

§ 101-1 Intent to follow procedure.

The City of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, intends to follow the procedures for disposition of records as set forth in the Retention and Disposition Schedule for Records of Pennsylvania Municipalities issued on May 17, 1982.[1][2]
