§ 1-501 Schedule of Attorney Fees.

1. The following schedule of attorney fees are adopted and shall be collected in connection with the collection of any delinquent accounts due to the Township of Sugarloaf:

A. The attorney representing the Township in the collection of any delinquent account shall be compensated the regular hourly rate charged by the Solicitor of the Township to the Township for regular and ordinary Township business. A minimum charge of $50 shall be added to any delinquent account given to an attorney for collection and representation of the Township.

B. No attorney fee shall be greater than 25% of the amount of the delinquent account except for the minimum charge set forth in Subsection 1A, immediately above.
