Each Supervisor of the Township of Sugarloaf elected or appointed
to office on or after the effective date of this Subpart 6A shall
receive compensation as a Supervisor in the annual amount of $1,875.

Such compensation shall be paid in monthly installments.

The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Sugarloaf appoints
the elected Tax Collector as a delinquent Tax Collector.

The delinquent Tax Collector so appointed shall have the same
powers, rights, privileges, duties and obligations as set forth in
Section 686 of the Act of March 10, 1949, (P.L. 30, No. 14) known
as the "Public School Code of 1949" (24 P.S. § 6-686).
