§ 1-1001 Identification of Camera Operator.

Any person desiring to videotape any meeting or work session of the Supervisors of the Township of Sugarloaf or any of its administrative boards such as the Planning Commission or Zoning Hearing Board must first identify himself or herself and in the case of the news media give his or her affiliation and in the case of a private citizen give his or her address.

§ 1-1002 Location When Taping.

All videotaping must be done from one location or position without moving from position to position within the Supervisors' meeting room or the room where the meeting is being held.

§ 1-1003 Position When Taping.

All videotaping shall be done from a position at least as far back from the meeting table as the second row of spectators or general audience.

§ 1-1004 Use of Lights.

The use of bright lights for the videotaping is limited to the members of the news media, and videotaping by members of the audience shall be accomplished without any supplementary lights other than the room lighting.
