Any person desiring to videotape any meeting or work session of the Supervisors of the Township of Sugarloaf or any of its administrative boards such as the Planning Commission or Zoning Hearing Board must first identify himself or herself and in the case of the news media give his or her affiliation and in the case of a private citizen give his or her address.

All videotaping must be done from one location or position without moving from position to position within the Supervisors' meeting room or the room where the meeting is being held.
