All voting members of Village committees, commissions and boards
shall be residents of the Village of Waterford during their appointment.
Any member of any committee, commission or board that changes residency
during their term of office must notify the Village Clerk of such
change within five days of the change, and must resign any position
held on any committee, commission or board in writing along such notice
if the change in residency results in the member living outside of
the incorporated boundaries of the Village of Waterford. Nonvoting,
ex-officio members residing outside of the Village of Waterford may
be considered for appointment on a case-by-case basis by the Village
Board.
