§ 382-32 Cemetery plats.

Cemetery plats shall be made in conformity with § 157.07, Wis. Stats.

§ 382-33 Assessor's plats.

Assessor's plats shall be made in conformity with § 70.27, Wis. Stats.

§ 382-34 Condominium plats.

Condominium plats shall be made in conformity with § 703, Wis. Stats. and shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Administrator for review under the authority granted by § 703.115, Wis. Stats. Local review shall be to insure conformance with §§ 703.095, 703.11(2)(a),(c), (d), and (3), 703.275(5), 703.28(1m) and 703.11(4) Wis. Stats., and the condominium plat may only be rejected if it fails to comply with the applicable requirements in §§ 703.095, 703.11(2)(a),(c), (d), and (3), 703.275(5), 703.28(1m) or 703.11(4), Wis. Stats.
