The County Planning Agency may permit modifications to the provisions
of this chapter after holding a public hearing, notice to be published
at least 10 days prior to hearing, under the following conditions:
A. Because of the unique topographic or other conditions of the land
involved, literal application of the provisions of this chapter would
impose undue hardship;
B. Conditions are attached to plat or certified survey map approval
that assure compliance with the requirements of this chapter insofar
as practical;
C. There is compliance with the provisions of Ch. 236, Wis. Stats.,
and other relevant state laws; and
D. The purposes and intent of this chapter are observed.
