It shall be unlawful to divide or create any lot, parcel or
tract of land in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which fails to comply
with the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, forfeit
to the County a penalty of not less than $10 together with the taxable
cost in such action and not more than $200, and every day of violation
shall constitute a separate offense. Compliance may be enforced by
injunctional order at the suit of the County or any affected landowner(s).
Such person, firm or corporation may also be subject to the penalties
and remedies specified in §§ 236.30, 236.31, 236.32
and 236.335, Wis. Stats.
