There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of defining the terms in this Chapter 335 only, Kansas Statutes Annotated Chapter 8, Article 14, and any amendments thereto in effect. No fewer than three (3) copies of said Statutes shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said Statutes. The Municipal Court and all administrative departments of the City charged with enforcement of this Chapter shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of said Statutes as may be deemed expedient.

There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating commercial motor vehicle safety within the City of Mission, Kansas, Kansas Statutes Annotated (K.S.A.) 66-1, 129 and the Kansas Corporation Commission Motor Carrier Regulations found in the Kansas Administrative Regulations (K.A.R) 82-4-1 through 82-4-86, which adopt and amend certain safety regulations known as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, 49 C.F.R. Parts 382, 385, and 390 through 399 and any amendments thereto in effect. No fewer than three (3) copies of said K.S.A. 66-1, 129, said Kansas Corporation Commission Motor Carrier Regulations, and said Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said Statute and regulations. The Municipal Court and all administrative departments of the City charged with enforcement of this Chapter shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of said Statute and regulations as may be deemed expedient.

There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating the size, weight, and load of vehicles within the City of Mission, Kansas, Kansas Statutes Annotated (K.S.A.) Chapter 8, Article 19, and any amendments thereto in effect. No fewer than three (3) copies of said K.S.A. Chapter 8, Article 19, shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said Statutes. The Municipal Court and all administrative departments of the City charged with enforcement of this Chapter shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of said Statutes as may be deemed expedient.

There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating special vehicle combinations, over dimension vehicles, and loads carried upon either a special vehicle combination or over dimension vehicle within the City of Mission, Kansas, Kansas Administrative Regulations (K.A.R) 36-1-28 through 36-1-38 and any amendments thereto in effect. No fewer than three (3) copies of said K.A.R. 36-1-28 through 36-1-38 shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said regulations. The Municipal Court and all administrative departments of the City charged with enforcement of this Chapter shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of said regulations as may be deemed expedient.

There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating escort vehicles, escort vehicle service providers, and escort vehicle operators within the City of Mission, Kansas, Kansas Administrative Regulations (K.A.R) 36-45-1 through 36-45-8 and 36-45-10 and any amendments thereto in effect. No fewer than three (3) copies of said K.A.R. 36-45-1 through 36-45-8 and 36-45-10 shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said regulations. The Municipal Court and all administrative departments of the City charged with enforcement of this Chapter shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of said regulations as may be deemed expedient.

No fewer than three (3) copies of said Statutes shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said Statutes. No fewer than three (3) copies of said Statutes shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said Statutes. The Municipal Court and all administrative departments of the City charged with enforcement of this Chapter shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of said Statutes as may be deemed expedient.

No fewer than three (3) copies of said Statutes shall be marked "Official Copy" and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. A copy of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall be attached to said Statutes. The Municipal Court and all administrative departments of the City charged with enforcement of this Chapter shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of said Statutes as may be deemed expedient.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions adopted in Chapter 335 of this Code. Unless specified, the Judge of the Municipal Court shall, in the manner prescribed by Kansas Statutes Annotated (K.S.A.) 12-4305 and any amendments thereto, establish a schedule of fines for violations of any of the provisions adopted in Chapter 335 of this Code. Any person who violates any of the provisions adopted in Chapter 335 of this Code, shall, upon conviction, be punished as set forth in the fine schedule. Any person who violates any provisions adopted in Chapter 335 of this Code, for which a fine is not scheduled or specified, shall, upon conviction, be published in accordance with this Section:
1. 
A fine of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00); or
2. 
Imprisonment for not more than one (1) year; or
3. 
Both such fine and imprisonment not to exceed Subsections (A) and (B) of this Section.
4. 
Each day a violation continues is deemed to be a separate offense.
