Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking
of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked
wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation
of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain
parked otherwise.
Parking shall be prohibited in the following locations at all
times on the days and between the hours indicated in this section,
as follows:

On the west side of Board Road from the Manchester Borough line
to Meetinghouse Road from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or to allow remain
parked, any truck tractor, semitrailer, bus, truck or van having more
than four wheels, motor carrier vehicle, RV, mobile home, house trailer,
tractor-trailer, detached trailers, utility/work trailer or trailer
designed or used to haul motorized recreational equipment such as
a boat, motorcycle, snowmobile or jet ski, or any other vehicle having
an actual or registered gross weight in excess of 9,500 pounds, on
any street or highway located in the Township, except for within the
Conservation or Agricultural zoning districts.
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a
vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle
stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing
or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property
shall be permitted for no longer than necessary for the loading or
unloading.
Any person who violates any provision of this Article
IV, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs. Provided, it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the Township to report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision, indicating in each case, the section violated; the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation; the location where the violation took place; and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was illegally parked. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of how to appropriately resolve the matter and/or pay the corresponding fine.
