Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.
A. 
Parking shall be prohibited at all times in the following locations:
A.
The east side of Board Road from the Manchester Borough line to Meetinghouse Road.
B.
Both sides of Wago Road from the Mount Wolf Borough line to Gravel Hill Road.
C.
Both sides of North George Street Extended, State Route 181, Township Route 181, between segments 0120 and segments 0130, beginning at the York Federal Savings and Loan property and continuing north to Forge Hill Road, known as the "4100 block."
D.
Both sides of Steamboat Boulevard beginning at North George Street Extended and continuing until the end of Steamboat Boulevard.
E.
Both sides of North George Street beginning at the boundary of Township and Manchester Township and continuing north to the boundary of Township and Manchester Borough.
B. 
No person in charge of or in possession of a vehicle or trailer shall park such vehicle or trailer or permit such vehicle or trailer to be parked in violation of the prohibitions and regulations on parking set forth in Subchapter E of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, which are hereby incorporated by reference, or in violation of the prohibitions and regulations on parking set forth in any local parking ordinance, which are hereby incorporated by reference. The circumstances giving rise to such violations are listed hereafter for illustrative purposes and not by way of limitation: parking on a sidewalk, parking within an intersection, parking on a crosswalk, unauthorized vehicle parking in a handicapped-only parking area, parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk or intersection, parking within 30 feet of a stop sign, parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, parking in front of a driveway, parking more than 12 inches from a curb, parking against the direction of traffic, parking within 30 feet of a traffic signal, parking between no-parking signs, parking between a no-parking here to corner sign and the corner, parking in a no-parking any time area, obstructing traffic, obstructing a fire lane, parking in a prohibited parking area, stopping or standing in a no-stopping or standing area, parking on private property without the consent of the owner, violation of time limit, parking a detached trailer on a street and any other violation of a local parking ordinance.
Parking shall be prohibited in the following locations at all times on the days and between the hours indicated in this section, as follows:
A.
On the west side of Board Road from the Manchester Borough line to Meetinghouse Road from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or to allow remain parked, any truck tractor, semitrailer, bus, truck or van having more than four wheels, motor carrier vehicle, RV, mobile home, house trailer, tractor-trailer, detached trailers, utility/work trailer or trailer designed or used to haul motorized recreational equipment such as a boat, motorcycle, snowmobile or jet ski, or any other vehicle having an actual or registered gross weight in excess of 9,500 pounds, on any street or highway located in the Township, except for within the Conservation or Agricultural zoning districts.
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property shall be permitted for no longer than necessary for the loading or unloading.
Any person who violates any provision of this Article IV, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs. Provided, it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the Township to report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision, indicating in each case, the section violated; the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation; the location where the violation took place; and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was illegally parked. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of how to appropriately resolve the matter and/or pay the corresponding fine.
