The Village Clerk shall retain in the office of the Lancaster Village Clerk a current version of the Village of Lancaster Investment Policies and Guidelines adopted by the Village Board pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law § 39 and the Village Procurement Policy adopted by the Village Board pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law § 104-b.
