The purpose is to provide for the enhancement of the peace,
safety and protection of children within the corporate limits of the
City of Manawa.
In order to fulfill the purpose and to provide an enhancement
of the peace, safety and protection of children within the corporate
limits of the City of Manawa, the following Wisconsin State Statutes
are hereby incorporated into the Code of Ordinances for the City of
Manawa:

The general penalty provisions as set forth in the Code of Ordinance
for the City of Manawa shall apply to this chapter.
