A. 
No more than one temporary sign advertising an open house for the sale of property, which is no larger than 24 inches by 12 inches in size, shall be permitted. The sign may only be erected and displayed on the premises where the open house is conducted and must contain the name and telephone number of the realty company conducting the open house. The open-house sign can only be erected the day of the open house and must be removed within 24 hours of its erection.
B. 
The broker and realty company shall be responsible for the removal of the temporary signs.
