§ 63-4 Residency not required for Code Enforcement Officer.

Notwithstanding any general, special or local law to the contrary, a person otherwise eligible to be appointed Village Code Enforcement Officer shall not be required to be a resident of the Village of Baldwinsville, but shall be required to be a resident of the County of Onondaga.
