Unless an alternative appeals process is provided in the lease,
the lessee may appeal a determination of the Authority within ten
(10) days of the determination. Appeals may be filed in the Tribal
Court or other hearing body. Such appeals shall be effectuated by
a written notice setting forth the basis for the appeal, a short statement
indicating the nature and circumstances of the appeal, and a short
statement indicating the remedy being sought.

The Tribal Court or other hearing body shall review whether
the determination was arbitrary, capricious, or an abuse of discretion;
not supported by substantial evidence in the record; or otherwise
not in accordance with the law. The decision of the Tribal Court or
other hearing body shall be final.
