Pursuant to § 7-105.14 of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, any purchaser of a foreclosed residential property, as defined in § 7-105.14 of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, that is located within the Town limits of the Town of Chesapeake City, shall register the property with the Foreclosed Property Registry.

Any purchaser of a foreclosed residential property who fails to register such property with the Foreclosed Property Registry, in accordance with § 7-105.14 of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, shall be subject to a fine in the amount of $1,000.
