The City of Walhalla may:
A. 
Establish operating policies by which reservations or leasing of properties may be made.
B. 
Establish and collect fees for the rental or leasing of the public facilities and may provide for the waiving of said fees.
As soon as possible, all alleged violations shall be reported to the Walhalla Police Department or City Hall and investigated. Appropriate action shall be taken.
