Whenever the regulations of this Part 1 impose more restrictive
standards than are required in or under any other statutes, the requirements
of this Part 1 shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other
statute require more restrictive standards than are required by this
Part 1, the provisions of such statute shall govern.
A.
Any individual who violates any provision of this Part 1 shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall punished at the discretion of the
Municipal Court of Walhalla as provided for by law.
B.
The City of Walhalla reserves the right to revoke an agreement for
rental or lease of any public facility without cause.
C.
The City of Walhalla maintains the right to prohibit an individual
from future use of facilities.
